Between now and the end of December 2008, Grundon will be relocating its existing aggregate operations at Butts Lake, Padworth to the all-new Kennetholme quarry at Colthrop Lane, Thatcham.
As with Butts Lake, Kennetholme will operate an ‘Open Door’ policy and cash sales customers will continue to be welcomed.
In addition to the established favourites from Butts Lake, Kennetholme will offer two new products: Type 1 limestone, and flint-based decorative moonstone gravels in 6, 10 and 20mm.
We are currently waiting on our contractors for confirmation of the actual moving date. The new Kennetholme Quarry is located on Colthrop Lane, south of the canal and railway line. Access from the A4 is via Gables Way.
